Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Abb CS310-03U-03A9-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Acme-Electric-/-Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Abb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Acme-Electric-/-Ge such as the 44A717174001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DCS502B01405121P2000 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GSH204D32 by Manufacturer Abb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Accuray Brand 064844012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Abb such as EG1601 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available TB4540 made by Abb as well as the popular 1033853105 original spares produced by Adept

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 725NSS1024QOC1FNSYNN by Accu-Coder and EG1601 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
