Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Absolute Process Instruments APD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ac-Servo-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aerotech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Acu-rite product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ac-Servo-Motor such as the KK7YYYYY016 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ES13104 manufactured by Aerotech and we are pleased to be able to service most Aerotech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 55811504 by Manufacturer Acu-rite as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Adimec Brand MX12P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Advanced-Illuminations such as CS400 equipment made by Advanced-Illuminations have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advanced-Illuminations products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advanced-Illuminations" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 166521 made by Afag as well as the popular Q12001AKMI original spares produced by Ac-Technology

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CC0G1261H1000 by Advantech and CS400 spares by Advanced-Illuminations are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Q24015C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ac-Technology.
