Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Accuray AW162694-60J / 162694 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Adept products, including obsoleted and phased-out Actek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Accutrol product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Adept such as the 1033851000DualB5Amp spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FCM104B manufactured by Actek and we are pleased to be able to service most Actek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5880C24G01REV6 by Manufacturer Accutrol as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Accu-sort Brand 10B0024FF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Acfo such as 6761255 equipment made by Acfo have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 981EN6012 by Acromag and 6761255 spares by Acfo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1033011350SIO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Adept.
