Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Acrison 207-0380 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Advantex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alnitak-Us-Military parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bonfigioli product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantex such as the R33002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 400424NSN3020010290133 manufactured by Alnitak-Us-Military and we are pleased to be able to service most Alnitak-Us-Military systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature W63UF1HS by Manufacturer Bonfigioli as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ametric Brand 55x16x1500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Apex such as AT240FLS2 equipment made by Apex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Apex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Apex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SP100MF17031000 made by Alpha as well as the popular C502UPP100 original spares produced by Bonfigioli

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LP120M0250 by Alpha and AT240FLS2 spares by Apex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 37X10X1000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Amet.
