Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Advanced Micro Systems AM23-150-2-EFB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Advantech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aeg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Advantech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantech such as the ADAM6060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 121085606 manufactured by Aeg and we are pleased to be able to service most Aeg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TPC1260H by Manufacturer Advantech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aeg Brand ASB875011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aeg such as AM56KY4 equipment made by Aeg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aeg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aeg" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ABDNERDP551 made by Advantech as well as the popular B30A8R original spares produced by Advanced-Motion-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCF984385PROMIDASC9501041003 by Aeg and AM56KY4 spares by Aeg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DAP208 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aeg.
