Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aeg, Modicon, Schneider 110-CPU-512-03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aera products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eurotherm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aera such as the TCFMD865YBF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 99ME0476 manufactured by Eurotherm and we are pleased to be able to service most Eurotherm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 680B640G34 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Afp Brand V1098018PC971223FB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Akerstroms such as trux600 equipment made by Akerstroms have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Akerstroms products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Akerstroms" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BTVIEWPORT made by Alerton as well as the popular 470056950 original spares produced by Air-Products-And-Chemicals

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A270C by Air-Techniques and trux600 spares by Akerstroms are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GasguardAP3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Air-Products.
