Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aeg, Modicon PC-0984-120 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aerotech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aerotech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Age-Robotics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aerotech such as the NCDRIVE10IOAUXPWRNCDRIVE10IOAUXPWRNCdriv spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMS60AD25E1000HBMS60AD25BMS60AD25E1000HB manufactured by Aerotech and we are pleased to be able to service most Aerotech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCBV7AF by Manufacturer Age-Robotics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Disco Brand AKHPFP003AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Afp-Prodel such as C980213 equipment made by Afp-Prodel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Afp-Prodel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Afp-Prodel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MS1020BT made by Alerton as well as the popular D0299003U original spares produced by Afp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2412AN by Agastat and C980213 spares by Afp-Prodel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7714688 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Agma.
