Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aeg Schneider Automation TSX P67455 V56 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ai-tek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Akerstroms parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aeg product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ai-tek such as the 700851010406 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the trux600 manufactured by Akerstroms and we are pleased to be able to service most Akerstroms systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1A40030C03 by Manufacturer Aeg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aeg,-Modicon Brand RZU800 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aerotech such as 1050DCMSO1E500 equipment made by Aerotech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aerotech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aerotech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ARS304 made by Aerotech as well as the popular 541376801 original spares produced by Akron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JP4 by Aerotech and 1050DCMSO1E500 spares by Aerotech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TSXDST1604 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aeg.
