Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aerotech ALS10090-ES15825 (-S-U-NC-10-LT60X5-X CM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Airpax products, including obsoleted and phased-out Air-Torque parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Agastat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Airpax such as the 7614001200762000564 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC000306F05F07NL14A manufactured by Air-Torque and we are pleased to be able to service most Air-Torque systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7012ACLI2 by Manufacturer Agastat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Afag Brand VK50D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gateway such as ES5810A equipment made by Gateway have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gateway products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gateway" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1762OW8 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular EE19LSI021112 original spares produced by Alessi-Inc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 79AOC1002 by Airgage and ES5810A spares by Gateway are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BM500UTPositioner Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aerotech.
