Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aerotech DR500, DR500R-4-A-40/X2-DS16020-F5/X2-DS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Afp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Agma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Akron-Standard product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Afp such as the D062000007V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 99E51871 manufactured by Agma and we are pleased to be able to service most Agma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1AF11HP by Manufacturer Akron-Standard as well.

Spare units by Aimco such as MG502JPT90 equipment made by Aimco have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12XDS3AC8DG02644AB01 by Alcatel and MG502JPT90 spares by Aimco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
