Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen Bradley 1336S-BRF30-AA-EN5,1336S-EN5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Am products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ametek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 American-Auto-Matrix product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Am such as the STL1K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 115489 manufactured by Ametek and we are pleased to be able to service most Ametek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1A00070116 by Manufacturer American-Auto-Matrix as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Alpha-Getriebebau Brand SP075MF14121000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Durakool such as CF2702 equipment made by Durakool have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Durakool products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Durakool" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GB80B made by Boston-Gear as well as the popular 11741601 original spares produced by Ametek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B25A20FACQ by Amc and CF2702 spares by Durakool are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H25FE05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Amci.
