Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen Bradley 813S-VOH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Crouzet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carlo-Gavazzi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Crouzet such as the 88974041 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RGC3A60D65GGEDF manufactured by Carlo-Gavazzi and we are pleased to be able to service most Carlo-Gavazzi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D26MRD70A1 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Caterpillar Brand 9X0203 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Babcock such as BR14Y400B226V equipment made by Babcock have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Babcock products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Babcock" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D60LA made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular RP11024G4 original spares produced by C-P-Clare

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AH30432U20 by Arrow-Hart and BR14Y400B226V spares by Babcock are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 700RTC00000U2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
