Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen Bradley CP-060, CP-190-A40, 190-A11C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ametric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bonfigioli parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baltec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ametric such as the 177814M100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VF110F1P90B5 manufactured by Bonfigioli and we are pleased to be able to service most Bonfigioli systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1169X10 by Manufacturer Baltec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand 130059 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bethea such as UB12A equipment made by Bethea have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bethea products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bethea" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9997668 made by Arrow-Gear as well as the popular 8165 original spares produced by Balmar

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1310251293 by Atlas and UB12A spares by Bethea are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Atlas.
