We service and repair Alpha SP100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Alpha SP100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SP100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SP100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mayr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gardner product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mayr such as the 4105418 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VM7009A manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VLR6013 by Manufacturer Gardner as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Zae Brand W156000434 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexnord such as SR1100147A equipment made by Rexnord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexnord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexnord" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TR300A made by Dodge as well as the popular 78004108 original spares produced by Whedco-Servo
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TT50BS by Martin and SR1100147A spares by Rexnord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
