Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the American Autogard 201-AF3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bonfigioli products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Boston product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bonfigioli such as the C312P156P90B3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 37X10X1000 manufactured by Amet and we are pleased to be able to service most Amet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10960GB50B by Manufacturer Boston as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bosch Brand 3842328196 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bosch such as 15755900 equipment made by Bosch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bosch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bosch" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GF3032BGGR0136B022 made by Baldor as well as the popular 7245G original spares produced by Boston

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
