Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ann Arbor IXM6TT-TFT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Uniop products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stentofon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schneider product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Uniop such as the MKDF040045 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NO93000254B manufactured by Stentofon and we are pleased to be able to service most Stentofon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPCNA20NNN00N by Manufacturer Schneider as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Star Brand P300A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Imtech such as MC1000II100A4ANALOG equipment made by Imtech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Imtech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Imtech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NT620CST141B made by Omron as well as the popular NIDI01 original spares produced by Bailey

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
