Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Arburg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Api parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ao-Smith product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Arburg such as the 25225 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P261 manufactured by Api and we are pleased to be able to service most Api systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C56A74B29 by Manufacturer Ao-Smith as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Apex Brand 405122000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Apelco-Carel such as AP0767B equipment made by Apelco-Carel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Apelco-Carel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Apelco-Carel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6824A made by Arista as well as the popular APCS original spares produced by Advanced-Pressure-Products
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HVPro16S400A by Apd and AP0767B spares by Apelco-Carel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EXLK112 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Appleton.
