Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Anton Paar MPDS-2000-V2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Apex-Dynamics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Api-harowe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Applied-Materials product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Apex-Dynamics such as the PE120010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R11S01F1A20 manufactured by Api-harowe and we are pleased to be able to service most Api-harowe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8100N018191100F by Manufacturer Applied-Materials as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Arrow-Gear Brand GCI2362B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Apc such as 6400892B equipment made by Apc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Apc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Apc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RPE2042R11024003 made by Argo-Hytos as well as the popular SS303105KSE original spares produced by Artech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UPS651121 by Aps and 6400892B spares by Apc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
