Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ao Smith H581 / 7-151350-03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 8200C2150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 82157002 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A06B6200H055FANUCSERVOAMPLIFIER by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fanuc Brand A06B0372B0887075 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by A-O-Smith such as F48L33A50 equipment made by A-O-Smith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire A-O-Smith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "A-O-Smith" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HF3G039N made by Ao-Smith as well as the popular 745745 original spares produced by Abb

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCM5890 by Aaeon and F48L33A50 spares by A-O-Smith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A2900856X501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
