Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader B232-30-2 such as the B1325302 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 35Q20L14 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP180100 by Manufacturer Bayside as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand HF92630B5H107 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Berg such as 8TP424 equipment made by Berg have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PS115015SH by Bayside and 8TP424 spares by Berg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
