Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Apg / Automation Products Group 125791 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Appleton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atb-Abf-63-4a7qr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Atlas-Copco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Appleton such as the JBES5656201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATB manufactured by Atb-Abf-63-4a7qr and we are pleased to be able to service most Atb-Abf-63-4a7qr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8433 by Manufacturer Atlas-Copco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Arteco Brand MEPS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Astrosystems such as APM922 equipment made by Astrosystems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Astrosystems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Astrosystems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available bsp901 made by Aqua-Measure as well as the popular 11982001010 original spares produced by Ati-Systems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AMB513HTT020 by Astech and APM922 spares by Astrosystems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AEXMS1D3B75 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Appleton.
