Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Api Hardware 12BRCT-510-A7B/10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aplex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Arrow-Hart product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aplex such as the N270 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASBADU257 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 33183U by Manufacturer Arrow-Hart as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Applied-Materials Brand 010060012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Armstrong such as XVC56T17D5540B equipment made by Armstrong have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Armstrong products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Armstrong" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PLD0017 made by Applied-Motion as well as the popular Smartport original spares produced by Arnet

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AD0025N001AW600W0G34FP by Apollo and XVC56T17D5540B spares by Armstrong are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
