Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Arc 97942ASSY POWER SUPPLY BOARD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Armstrong parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asea product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the T1N063TW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XVC56T17D5540B manufactured by Armstrong and we are pleased to be able to service most Armstrong systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EG315 by Manufacturer Asea as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asco Brand 45211Y in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Abb such as ACS550U103A34B055K451 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ASBDAP258 made by Modicon as well as the popular DG052B50 original spares produced by Aro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 57310001S by Asea and ACS550U103A34B055K451 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RLR80188ML0398 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Arel.
