Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Autotech-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Arpac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Armstrong product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Autotech-Controls such as the B6004300000MI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10828 manufactured by Arpac and we are pleased to be able to service most Arpac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CJM3108 by Manufacturer Armstrong as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asahi-America Brand A94W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as 8215A040VM equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8433 made by Atlas-Copco as well as the popular SC8210G004 original spares produced by Asco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8210G56 by Asco and 8215A040VM spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
