Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Arista BOXPC-102A & ADM-1517AP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Arista products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ashcroft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reliance-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Arista such as the BOXPC138D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T424TS090 manufactured by Ashcroft and we are pleased to be able to service most Ashcroft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P18G1135E by Manufacturer Reliance-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vickers Brand AS20300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asea such as RK271018AN equipment made by Asea have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asea products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asea" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F25452310 made by Aro as well as the popular IDM3582T original spares produced by Reliance-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0528082 by Abb and RK271018AN spares by Asea are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SA11DTB10A31 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco.
