Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Asea SNAT-630-PAC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Six-Net products, including obsoleted and phased-out H+l-Hydraulic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Atlas-Capco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Six-Net such as the STAI10V08 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TR2790025000000 manufactured by H+l-Hydraulic and we are pleased to be able to service most H+l-Hydraulic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TC400SES by Manufacturer Atlas-Capco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand W200M4CFC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Koyo such as TRDJ60RZV equipment made by Koyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Koyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Koyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UDC2500 made by Honeywell as well as the popular TMC4005100 original spares produced by Telesis

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TM90SA6 by Mitsubishi and TRDJ60RZV spares by Koyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TDA131003DOI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat.
