Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ashcroft 35-6140TWQ-100-XV1P5TY parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Maxthermo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asyst parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Maxthermo such as the MC5438MC5438201000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4002710101 manufactured by Asyst and we are pleased to be able to service most Asyst systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC610MDL180A by Manufacturer Ge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fanuc Brand IC200MDD845BampIC200CHS0021 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kulicke--Soffa such as KTC2011 equipment made by Kulicke--Soffa have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 808VT1VT1000QLSAJHF110 by Eurotherm and KTC2011 spares by Kulicke--Soffa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
