Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Asi Robicon SVGT004FDBNHN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Automationdirect products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asm product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Automationdirect such as the GS223P0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E7T6C08812B063 manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 032024003 by Manufacturer Asm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Astrra Brand AACM6M12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aydin such as 4605595502C equipment made by Aydin have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GS225P0 by Automation-Direct and 4605595502C spares by Aydin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 100308 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Azonix.
