Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Athena 16KCS030-BT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Atlas-Copco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Autocon-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Autocon-Technologies product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Atlas-Copco such as the TC52PP42400411 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 96031186 manufactured by Autocon-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Autocon-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T4205158B by Manufacturer Autocon-Technologies as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Autolog Brand 30067 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Autoflame such as DTI20020 equipment made by Autoflame have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autoflame products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autoflame" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DTI60010IR made by Autoflame as well as the popular TC52P original spares produced by Atlas-Copco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4240030880 by Atlas-Copco and DTI20020 spares by Autoflame are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FS716TL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ati-Industrial-Automation.
