Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Br products, including obsoleted and phased-out Auto.direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Azbil product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Br such as the 4PP035E30001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EAT6CLR manufactured by Auto.direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Auto.direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CMC15GS01A000 by Manufacturer Azbil as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baader Brand 9140121000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Br such as 5D521001 equipment made by Br have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Br products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Br" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AX6166LET made by Axiomtek as well as the popular LCD100080 original spares produced by Br
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EZS8CFH by Avg and 5D521001 spares by Br are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
