Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Penny-+-Giles products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kadant-Aes parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tva product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Penny-+-Giles such as the D53052C4S00P00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D36182 manufactured by Kadant-Aes and we are pleased to be able to service most Kadant-Aes systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DIGDISP by Manufacturer Tva as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asco Brand EF8344G76MO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Okuma such as E4809770010B equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BY171E419G51AREVB made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular CT8700 original spares produced by Static-Control
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BT20 by Bosch and E4809770010B spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
