Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Door-gard parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Uticor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 1150PM1500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 212i manufactured by Door-gard and we are pleased to be able to service most Door-gard systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11001 by Manufacturer Uticor as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 1492IFM40FF24AD4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ipc such as 21112476LNC equipment made by Ipc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ipc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ipc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KP0022A00 made by Baldor as well as the popular 1770TA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1492IFM20FF242 by Allen-Bradley and 21112476LNC spares by Ipc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
