Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation Direct D0-06DR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bf-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Avtron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aviteq-Vibrationstechnik product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bf-Instruments such as the GDCA55010363 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A16461 manufactured by Avtron and we are pleased to be able to service most Avtron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SCEDN602 by Manufacturer Aviteq-Vibrationstechnik as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bf-Instruments Brand GDC550103629 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Avtron such as K740A equipment made by Avtron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Avtron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Avtron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CFP19S41A1F01 made by Aydin-Controls as well as the popular GOT3840TLNRC original spares produced by Axiomtek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EA7T8C07816B025 by Automation-Direct and K740A spares by Avtron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
