Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Axiomtek GOT-5100T-830 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Advantech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Isimet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantech such as the HMI640S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LA1215 manufactured by Isimet and we are pleased to be able to service most Isimet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMK399302 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ge Brand IC693ALG390G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sonstige such as HBG2P0301 equipment made by Sonstige have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sonstige products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sonstige" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IOC44 made by Square-D as well as the popular MMI22300CXX original spares produced by Total-Control

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IPCBXM10DC54JIPCPOA100SH by Contec and HBG2P0301 spares by Sonstige are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
