Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the B & R Automation HCMARC-0CT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued B--R-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bailey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bailey product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader B--R-Automation such as the X20BC1083RevF0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3E11090JA2 manufactured by Bailey and we are pleased to be able to service most Bailey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6640347A1 by Manufacturer Bailey as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bailey Brand 90NMFC03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bachmann such as CC114E0604800003 equipment made by Bachmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bachmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bachmann" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MCNT330 made by B--R-Automation as well as the popular FS212N original spares produced by Bachmann

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 23402340 by Bacharach and CC114E0604800003 spares by Bachmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
