Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Backlight System EL19310-66024VOLT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Balluf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bailey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluf such as the BTL5G11M0225PS32 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 39328U manufactured by Bailey and we are pleased to be able to service most Bailey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDPX3545 by Manufacturer Baldor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand LD3015HC160 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Balez-Automatic such as 373E66 equipment made by Balez-Automatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balez-Automatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balez-Automatic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 97341 made by Banner-Engineering as well as the popular BTL2A100460ZS32 original spares produced by Balluff

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BTL5A11M762ZS32 by Balluff and 373E66 spares by Balez-Automatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IIMRM02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bailey-Controls.
