Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Balluff Micropulse At BTL6A110M0152A1S115 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Banner-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumuller-Nurnberg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bay-Protech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner-Engineering such as the BME7232A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BUM61812 manufactured by Baumuller-Nurnberg and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumuller-Nurnberg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CN32C4320 by Manufacturer Bay-Protech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baumuller Brand BE2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bauer such as DSGT5230R equipment made by Bauer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bauer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bauer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BCM15X15R made by Bcm as well as the popular USDINT original spares produced by Banner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20724464 by Baumuller and DSGT5230R spares by Bauer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAH1CVP1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner.
