Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner Engineering USE6412YP2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dolan-jenner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Datalogic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Computer-Conversions product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dolan-jenner such as the SS9RMPXR11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS46003001 manufactured by Datalogic and we are pleased to be able to service most Datalogic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SNAPTRAK by Manufacturer Computer-Conversions as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bently-Nevada Brand 14776801 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bindicator such as RF9C5G1A equipment made by Bindicator have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bindicator products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bindicator" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DS2100N1210 made by Datalogic as well as the popular 51075A original spares produced by Boonton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H25DSS5000ABC7273EM16S by Bei and RF9C5G1A spares by Bindicator are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DP10GE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electromatic.
