Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Barber-coleman MP-382-0-0-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumer-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baumuller product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bei such as the H25EF4SS900ABZ7406ECS36S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TED6153B20R manufactured by Baumer-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumer-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BUC6255364005 by Manufacturer Baumuller as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bei Brand DII382005Z in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bebco such as 5005900001 equipment made by Bebco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bebco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bebco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E25BA4HSB600AB7406RLEDSM16S made by Bei as well as the popular 120HDL original spares produced by Barden

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CX11000002 by Beckhoff and 5005900001 spares by Bebco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UZAM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumer.
