Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Barton FHCG-33V2T / FHCG33V2T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fincor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fidia parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fisher product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fincor such as the 106049601K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BRD1 manufactured by Fidia and we are pleased to be able to service most Fidia systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Dm6331x1a4 by Manufacturer Fisher as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rosemount Brand Cl7661x1a9 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Microscan such as FIS42000001FIS42000001 equipment made by Microscan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microscan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microscan" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4844ABSJ78A made by Fisher-Control as well as the popular 686B165U02 original spares produced by Fischer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the cl7652X1A1 by Rosemount and FIS42000001FIS42000001 spares by Microscan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
