Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Basler mirror parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bauer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Basler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bautz product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bauer such as the BG0631D04LA4SP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the scA100030gm manufactured by Basler and we are pleased to be able to service most Basler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L1S030P2311ILX0 by Manufacturer Bautz as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Basler Brand 9185900102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baumer such as MYCOMD250S35 equipment made by Baumer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BUM63TS21023554EM011 made by Baumuller as well as the popular 193414838 original spares produced by Bauer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS100D25 by Baumuller and MYCOMD250S35 spares by Baumer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
