Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Beloit Corp 274817D023-0-005 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bishop-Wisecarver products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bl-Super parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Blackstone product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bishop-Wisecarver such as the UTTRS1G0480 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6OBBO75FXW16 manufactured by Bl-Super and we are pleased to be able to service most Bl-Super systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N1000CXLKPA20824T by Manufacturer Blackstone as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Benshaw Brand BIPC300000056 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bently-Nevada such as 99004XX0100 equipment made by Bently-Nevada have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bently-Nevada products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bently-Nevada" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UTTRS3G0480 made by Bishop-Wisecarver as well as the popular 90225B original spares produced by Bentry-Nevada

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 33A3BEPMZ2 by Bodine and 99004XX0100 spares by Bently-Nevada are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UTTRS2G720 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bishop-Wisecarver.
