Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berger Lahr ILE2D661PC1A1/ IFEN71/3DVNISDS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Binder products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bison parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sanyo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Binder such as the 734E06 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0162464029 manufactured by Bison and we are pleased to be able to service most Bison systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 27BA050FXTH1REVB by Manufacturer Sanyo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bio-logic Brand B010153xx01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gateway such as BW1661 equipment made by Gateway have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gateway products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gateway" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TLV30M made by Big-Daishowa as well as the popular TK5K02 original spares produced by Bk-Mikro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 113484100 by Bison and BW1661 spares by Gateway are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BK350 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Apc.
