Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berger Lahr VRDM 31122/50 LWC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfoss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cycletrol product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the VLT3022 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 177u5416 manufactured by Danfoss and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfoss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 150300 by Manufacturer Cycletrol as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Custom-Servo-Motors Brand MPA06236 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Contrex such as MTrack32001740 equipment made by Contrex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Contrex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Contrex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 175Z1528DT5 made by Danfoss as well as the popular VRDM3112250LWC original spares produced by Berger-Lahr

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 175L1023 by Danfoss and MTrack32001740 spares by Contrex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F231D24B5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston-Gear.
