Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bishop-wisecarver LP2WLS3JN350 , LP2WPALS DualVee parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Campbell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Camco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cascade product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Campbell such as the A6REL12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40D manufactured by Camco and we are pleased to be able to service most Camco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 020566 by Manufacturer Cascade as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Leeson Brand C6C17FB1E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Byd such as PVCABCSAT12 equipment made by Byd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Byd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Byd" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6181C665 made by Cal-Controls as well as the popular GFD1440230 original spares produced by Carlo-Gavazzi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A063095 by Capel and PVCABCSAT12 spares by Byd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HK35EZ001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carrier.
