Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Borries 313DP-SRC 4X4S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bosch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rexroth product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the R911311475 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HCS011EW0018A03BETECEPNNNNFW manufactured by Bosch and we are pleased to be able to service most Bosch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HCS031EW0070A05NNNV by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bosch Brand VTVSPA25010T5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aventics such as 820028378 equipment made by Aventics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aventics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aventics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FU866133 made by Boston as well as the popular 047850403401 original spares produced by Bosch

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 104401 by Bosch and 820028378 spares by Aventics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
