Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bosch MobilePanel parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ctc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ipc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reliance product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ctc such as the P210B1A41D3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PULSERNETPLUSV130T4TR6PG1 manufactured by Ipc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ipc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RE4LCDPNL by Manufacturer Reliance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand OP35 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Maple-Systems such as OIT3165A equipment made by Maple-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Maple-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Maple-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NXSPANEL made by Vacon as well as the popular Rutter original spares produced by Rutter-Technologies-Inc.-Datagyro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RME02232DC024 by Rexroth and OIT3165A spares by Maple-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT610CPA205 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
