Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bosch Ni8-M18-LiU parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Controlair-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Control-Line product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 306561 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 420MA3 manufactured by Controlair-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Controlair-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 90015 by Manufacturer Control-Line as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cedes Brand S2SAEF1IKH3ACD53 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Carel such as DPWC112000 equipment made by Carel have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available PFG86XF made by Camlogic as well as the popular OACDT2000 original spares produced by Cooper

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LDR290RD by Ccs and DPWC112000 spares by Carel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
