Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Charmilles products, including obsoleted and phased-out Btu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ceg product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Charmilles such as the 852338 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5181848 manufactured by Btu and we are pleased to be able to service most Btu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT0ML80B6 by Manufacturer Ceg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bruce-Technology Brand 703203 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ceag such as SKU equipment made by Ceag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ceag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ceag" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8100029501 made by Celesco-Berkeley as well as the popular IC30T original spares produced by Carroll-Touch-Tech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SR705 by Carotron and SKU spares by Ceag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
