Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Boston Gear AA309A-36-K parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alcatel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Boy parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Brother product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alcatel such as the 90003001F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZB101 manufactured by Boy and we are pleased to be able to service most Boy systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G3K18N020BMK4A by Manufacturer Brother as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ats Brand 125cc in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bridgeport such as KUV026300 equipment made by Bridgeport have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bridgeport products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bridgeport" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1825304M00 made by Brook-Hansen as well as the popular 72610H original spares produced by Boston-Gear

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B5211382AICAAM1 by Brother and KUV026300 spares by Bridgeport are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 33941 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brady.
